A new trademark filing, along with some previous hints from a Mazda executive, may have revealed what its next EV will be called.
Mazda pulled the plug on the MX-30 BEV in the US, but perhaps this rotary-engined range extender version may have made more sense.
Honestly, if you don’t need an EV with hundreds of miles of range, the MX-30 is actually not bad at all.
The MX-30 has trouble achieving its WLTP claimed range even in ideal conditions, so you can imagine how winter affected it...
